Welcome to Rally, your destination for custom merch! These policies explain how we handle shipping, returns, orders, and your privacy. Because we use Printful to fulfill and ship orders, some terms are aligned with their fulfillment processes.
Shipping Policy
Fulfillment Time
All products are made to order through our partner Printful. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2–7 business days before being shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
- Delivery estimates do not include fulfillment time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and product type. We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Customs & Import Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes. These are set by your local government and are not controlled by Rally or Printful.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrectly printed/shipped.
Returns Are Accepted Only If:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size (not due to incorrect sizing selection by the customer)
To initiate a return, contact us at info@smokerally.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and the appropriate Printful return address.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Wrong size ordered (please check our size guides before purchasing)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Items damaged by customer use or washing errors
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders are sent to production immediately after placement and cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We’ll investigate the issue with Printful and shipping carriers.
Note: Rally is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages lost due to unclaimed deliveries
Sizing Policy
Each product listing includes a size guide provided by Printful. We do not offer size-based exchanges or refunds. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the size chart before ordering.
